DROP OFF:

Tuesday, Oct. 3rd, 11am-7pm; Wednesday, Oct. 4th, 9am – 4pm

PARTICIPANT ONLY PRE-SALE DATES:

Wednesday, Oct. 5th, 6-8pm

Friday, Oct. 6th, 4-7pm   1/2 price shopping

Must have participant pass for both sales.

PUBLIC SALE DATES:

Thursday, Oct. 5th, 9am – 7pm

Friday, Oct. 6th , 9am – 7pm

Saturday, Oct. 7th,  9am – 5pm

(Saturday, items priced in RED half-price).

Cash, Checks and Credit Cards are accepted.

PICK UP DAY: Unsold items & CHECKS Sunday, Oct. 8th, 12pm – 3pm.

Items left after 3pm will be disposed of/donated if possible.

Any checks not picked up will be mailed Monday.

NO CARDS will be mailed, they must be picked up on Sunday.

Organizers must release facility at this time.

Any unsold items not picked up will be disposed of or donated to charity if possible and profit checks will be mailed.
