DROP OFF:

Saturday, October 16th, 1pm – 7pm

Sunday, October 17th, 10am – 7pm

Monday,October 18th, 9am – 1pm

Please contact us if you cannot make these times, as items will not be accepted during sale days.

PARTICIPANT ONLY PRE-SALE DATES:

Tuesday, October 19th, 5-8pm

Please NO CHILDREN at the Pre-Sale.

Saturday, October 23rd, 3-6pm

Must have participant pass for both sales.

PUBLIC SALE DATES:

Wednesday, October 20th, 9am – 7pm

Thursday, October 21st  , 9am – 7pm

Friday, October 22nd, 9am – 7pm

Saturday, October 23rd,  9am – 5pm

Sunday, October 24th, 11am – 4pm

(Sunday, items priced in RED half-price).

Cash, Checks and Credit Cards are accepted.

PICK UP DAY: Unsold items & CHECKS Friday, October 29th, 9pm – 6pm.

Items left after 6pm will be disposed of/donated if possible.

Any checks not picked up will be mailed Saturday the next day.

NO CARDS will be mailed, they must be picked up on Friday.

Organizers must release facility at this time.

Any unsold items not picked up will be disposed of or donated to charity if possible and profit checks will be mailed.
